Privacy notice

Summary

This site is informational. It has no forms, user accounts, purchases or comments, and it does not store personal data about the people who visit it. The only way to contact us is by email: below we explain what happens with the data you send us when you write to us.

Data controller

Soul Matcha is the controller of the personal data you send us by email. You can reach us at cami@soulmatcha.co.

What data we handle

Only what you send us when you write to us: your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We do not ask for sensitive personal data (for example, health, ethnic origin or religion): please do not include it.

What we use it for

To answer your inquiry, for example about wholesale, partnerships or locations, and to follow up on it. We do not use it for advertising or to build profiles.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Your messages go through the email service provider we use, which processes them to deliver and store them. We could also share them if a competent authority requires it under the law.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your inquiry and its follow-up, and as required by applicable legal obligations. After that we delete it.

Your rights

You can access your data, rectify it, cancel it or object to its processing (ARCO rights), and you can also withdraw your consent or limit the use of your data. To exercise them, write to us at cami@soulmatcha.co from the same email address you used to contact us, say which right you want to exercise and which data it involves. We will reply within the deadlines set by law.

If you believe your rights were not respected, you can go to the competent data protection authority.

Consent

By writing to us we understand that you accept this notice for the purposes described. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the same email address.

What we do not do on the site

• We do not use analytics or measurement tools.
• We do not use advertising or tracking pixels.
• We do not embed third-party videos or social media buttons. The video on the home page is served from this same site. The only third-party content is the Google map on the locations page, and it loads only when you press “Show map”: until then, Google is not contacted.
• We do not load any other resources from other domains: fonts, images and video are served from this same site.

Technical data from hosting

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages and published at soulmatcha.com. As with any web server, the host may log technical data about each visit (for example, the IP address, browser and date) for security and operational purposes. We do not access or use those logs. To see how they are handled, read the host's GitHub privacy statement.

If we change hosting provider, we will update this notice.

Storage in your browser

The site stores a few technical items in your browser in order to work. They contain no personal information. See the details on the cookies page.

Links to other sites

This site links to Instagram, Uber Eats and Google Maps. When you open them you leave this site and their own privacy policies apply, separate from this notice.

Changes to this notice

If the site starts to collect data through other means (for example, a contact form or analytics), we will update this notice beforehand and, where applicable, ask for your consent. The date above shows the latest revision.
